【摘要】 竞技体育的发展,需要管理的创新。本文提出运动队管理要以教练员为本,教练员第一的新理念。对教练员为本的内涵以及实施教练员为本管理中应注意如何营造和谐的人文环境,为实施教练员为本管理提供基础;重视教练员在运动队管理中的主体作用;注意发挥教练员情感的亲和力与凝聚力等问题等作了探讨。这对运动队管理更趋合理化、科学化有着一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of competitive sports depends on the innovation of management.This paper proposes a new idea of the coach-centered management for a sport team and lays a foundation for such kind of management through probing into its nature and the manner a harmonious humanitarian environment is established under such management.This paper also emphasizes on the role a coach plays and the importance of a coach’s affection in the management of a sports team.This paper,to some extent,is significant for a more reasonable and more scientific management of a sports team.更多还原
