【Abstract】 Higher education in China has yielded substantial results due to its rapid development over the recent years. However, we must be clearly aware that, in this society in transition, there are still some universities lacking all-around and scientific guideline of running schools, which makes university education “labor education” rather than “people’s education”. Therefore, universities must put scientific development view into effect. They must adhere to making students the center and establish humane student view so as to boost students’ all-round development. It demands that universities should update educational view, define the target of cultivating students and concern every link in which students are developed.
