【摘要】 目的:为股骨颈骨折病人选择一种合适的治疗方法。方法:138例年龄37～78岁的股骨颈骨折病人,以3枚加压空心螺纹钉行内固定治疗,对治疗后股骨颈骨折愈合率、股骨头坏死率及髋关节功能进行评价。结果:随访时间6个月～5.5年,平均18个月,股骨颈骨折愈合率为94.5%,股骨头坏死率为5.5%,髋关节功能评价为优102例,良19例,可9例,差8例,优良率94%。结论:三枚空心加压螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折是一种创伤小、快捷、安全、有效的内固定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To chose some proper operative method to treat the patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods: All of 138 cases of femaral neck feactures were treated by three hollow compression screws fixation.The results were evaluated based on the rate of union,the osteonecrosis of the feromal head and the functional outcomes of the hip joint.Results: The mean follow-up time was 18 months (range,0.6~5.5years).The rate of union was 94.5%,osteonecrosis was 5.5%,the excellent and good was 94%.Conclusion: Close reduction and fixation of the feromal neck fracture with three compression screws was a microtraumic,quickly, simple and safe method.更多还原
