【摘要】 目的:通过实验方法建立多肽N-乙酰氨基半乳糖转移酶基因家族cDNA文库,欲以此为基础对人体不同肿瘤细胞中的该基因家族进行表达谱分析。方法:主要为PCR和TOPO-TA克隆技术。结果:通过电泳图谱初步证实了这一家族的不同成员均已得到有效的扩增,并获得了相应的片段库。结论:多肽:N-乙酰氨基半乳糖转移酶基因家族cDNA被成功扩增,并建立了该基因家族的cDNA文库。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To make the cDNA library by TOPO-TA cloning in order to analyze the differences of N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferases gene expression profile in different human tumor cells. Methods: Mainly by means of PCR and TOPO-TA cloning. Results: Through patterns of electrophoresis, it was rudimentarily proved that N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferases gene family cDNA had been successfully amplified and the cDNA library had also been made. Conclusion: N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferases gene family cDNA has been amplified successfully and the cDNA library has been made by means of TOPO-TA cloning.更多还原
