【摘要】 目的:研究RhoA对胃癌细胞迁移的作用和蛋白激酶A对这一作用的影响。方法:采用Boyden槽迁移率分析法和刮除-迁移分析法,观察RhoA激动剂LPA及PKA激动剂cAMP对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901迁移活动的影响。结果:加入RhoA激动剂LPA后,癌细胞迁移活动明显增强。加入PKA激动剂cAMP后再加入RhoA激动剂LPA,癌细胞迁移活动不再出现明显变化。结论:RhoA活化可促进SGC-7901细胞迁移,PKA可通过抑制RhoA活性而阻止该细胞迁移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This experiment was designed to study the action of RhoA on gastric cancer cell migration and the influence of PKA on this action. Methods: Boyden chamber motility assay and scrape-motility assay were applied and the effects of RhoA stimulatant LPA and PKA stimulatant cAMP on migration of human gastric cancer cell SGC -7901 were investigated. Results: The migration of cells stimulated with RhoA stimulatant LPA was obviously increased. In cells stimulated with cAMP and then LPA, the migration did not change significantly. Conclution: RhoA could promote cancer cell migration, whereas PKA could hold back cancer cell migration through suppressing RhoA activation.更多还原
