两性离子聚合物PADAM的合成及性能评价
Synthesis and performance evaluation of zwitterionic polymer PADAM.
【摘要】 采用自由基水溶液聚合,以氧化还原体系为引发剂,合成了四元两性离子共聚物:聚丙烯酰胺-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基苯磺酸钠-甲基丙烯酸(PADAM),讨论了4种单体的投料比对产物组成的影响。室内实验评价了3种共聚物PADAM产品的降滤失性、抗盐性、抑制性能、抗温性等。结果表明:PADAM具有较好的抗温抗盐性能、较强的降滤失能力和抑制性,是一种集降滤失和抑制性为一体的新型两性离子聚合物。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a tetra-atomic zwitterionic polymer-AM/DMDAAC/MAA/AMPS was copoly-merized by redox initiation and free radical polymerization in aqueous solution, and effects of monomer mixture concentrations on molecule structure were also investigated. Evaluation on issues of filtration control, salt tolerance, inhibition and thermal stability for three products of PADAM series indicated that, PADAM is a new zwitterionic polymer having good properties such as filtration control, salt tolerance, inhibition and thermal stability.
