国外钻井液处理剂20年发展分析

【摘要】 介绍了国外钻井液处理剂20年发展情况和处理剂的变化趋势。将全世界的钻井液、完井液产品,包括生产厂家的名称,产品的商品名称,主要成分和主要使用体系及其主要用途进行了综合分析。结果表明,页岩抑制剂类、降滤失剂类和降粘剂类产品,有共性的仍是合成聚合物类、纤维素类和腐植酸类比较有发展前途。从以上各原料分析可以看出,国外产品质量又有了很大提高,如淀粉类有各种类型,如抗高温、超低粘等,聚阴离子纤维素有超低粘等。依据对2002年各种处理剂的分析,预测了世界范围内钻井液处理剂的发展趋势,为中国钻井液处理剂发展方向提供了主要的参考数据。

【Abstract】 This paper presents development of drilling fluid additives abroad in 20 years, and the developing tendency is also discussed. In this paper, drilling/completion fluid products all over the world, including the manufactures’ name, trade name, bases, and the drilling fluid system with them in was listed and analyzed, as well as their functions. Results revealed that products of synthetic polymer, cellulose hydrate and humic acid have wide prospect, which is in common for products of shale inhibitor, fluid loss reducer and viscosity reducer. From results obtained, we can see the quality of abroad products was increased substantially. For example, the starch product includes various types such as high temperature resisting and with ultra-low viscosity, and the polyanionic cellulosic polymer has ultra-low viscosity, and so on. According to analyses results of drilling fluid additives, developing tendency in worldwide is predicted, which may be important reference for additives research in China.
