LG植物胶处理剂的试验研究

【摘要】 随着环境保护要求的日益严格,人们越来越重视对可以用作钻井液材料的野生植物的认识和利用。LG是樟科芳香植物,在中国分布较广泛,其叶子中含有水溶性聚糖、精油和纤维成分等,经过一定的加工处理,能形成粘度调整范围较大的钻井液处理剂———LG植物胶。介绍了LG的植物特征、资源概况和化学成分以及LG的初步加工过程和基本性能指标,室内试验评价了LG植物胶对钻井液性能的影响。试验结果表明,LG植物胶的增粘效果好,降滤失和携屑能力较强,润滑效果良好,能明显改善钻井液性能,已在钻探工程中得到初步验证,应用前景良好。研究还表明,若与生物酶技术或气体介质结合,LG植物胶可以用来配制自动降解钻井液或充气钻井液。

【Abstract】 As the environment protection become more and more important, wild vegetables which may be used as drilling fluid materials win the technicians’ recognition. LG is a balmy vegetable belonging to camphor section which distribute in most part of China. In its leaves, there are water soluble poly glycogen, fine oil and fibrous content, etc., and when the leaves are processed using some technology, a drilling fluid treating agent—LG vegetable gum with wide viscosity conditioning range is produced. This paper introduces the vegetable characters, resource distribution and chemical composition of LG. The pilot processing of LG vegetable gum and the basic performance figure are introduced also. The influence of LG on drilling fluid properties was evaluated in lab. Results showed that LG vegetable gum can evidentially improved the drilling fluid’s performance by good viscosity increasing effect, strong filtration reducing ability and cuttings capacity, as well as excellent lubricating ability. All the advantages had been verified of wide prospect. In addition, the study showed that if incorporated with bioenzyme technology or other gas medium, this LG may be used to formulate automatically degradable drilling fluid or aerated drilling fluid.
