【摘要】 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者脂肪肝的发生与胰岛素抵抗及血脂代谢紊乱的关系。方法96例2型糖尿病患者分为合并脂肪肝组与无合并脂肪肝组,分别采用酶法及放免法测定空腹甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、空腹血胰岛素(FINS)、血糖(FBS),并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝组与无合并脂肪肝组比较,血TG、LDL、FINS、HOMA-IR增高(均P<0.05),HDL下降(P<0.05),TC、FBS的差别无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者脂肪肝的发生与血脂代谢紊乱及胰岛素抵抗有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relation of fatty liver to insulin resistance and dyslipidemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2 DM). Methods Ninety and six patients with T2DM were divided into fatty liver group and non-fatty liver group. Their fasting levels of blood triglycerin(TG), total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein(LDL), high-density lipoprotein(HDL), serum insulin(FINS), blood sugar(FBS) were measured, at the same time, HOMA-IR was calculated. Results The levels of TG, LDL, FINS ,HOMA-IR increased significantly in fatty liver group compared with non-fatty liver group(P<0.05); the levels of HDL decreased in fatty liver group compared with non-fatty liver group(P<0.05); the levels of TC,FBS had no significant differences between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Fatty liver in patients with T2DM is correlated with insulin resistance and dyslipidemia.更多还原
