【摘要】 目的研究类风湿关节炎(rheumatoidarthritis熏RA)患者外周血和关节滑膜液淋巴细胞CD25、HLA-DR的表达,探讨其在RA致病中的作用。方法采用流式细胞仪检测RA患者外周血和关节滑膜液淋巴细胞CD25、HLA-DR的表达,并设立正常对照组。结果RA患者外周血表达CD25的T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞,与正常对照组相比明显增多(P<0.01);关节滑膜液表达CD25的B淋巴细胞和表达HLA-DR的T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞,与正常对照组相比亦明显增多(P<0.01)。结论外周血和关节滑膜液淋巴细胞CD25、HLA-DR的表达增高,在RA发病机制中起着重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expression of CD25 and HLA-DR on ly mphocytes of peripheral blood and synovial fluid in patients with rheumatoid art hritis (RA). Methods Cell surface expression of activation markers CD25 and HLA-DR on lymphocytes of peripheral blood and synovial fluid in patients(n=30) with RA and healthy subjects(n=20) were examined by flow cytometry. Results The exp ression of CD25 on T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patien ts with RA was significantly increased compared with control group (P<0.01) th e expression of CD25 on B lymphocytes and HLA-DR on T lymphocytes and B lymphocy tes in synovial fluid were also significantly increased compared with control gr oup (P<0.01). Conclusion The over-expressed of CD25 and HLA-DR on lymphocytes in peripheral blood and syn ovial fluid of patients with RA might be associated with the pathogenesis of RA.更多还原
