KDP晶体加工专用超精密机床数控系统开发

【摘要】 介绍了KDP(磷酸二氢钾)晶体加工专用超精密机床基于PMAC运动控制器的双CPU开放式数控系统,并详细说明了系统硬件构建和软件实现及伺服控制方法。超精密机床数控系统采用工业控制计算机作为上位机完成数控加工中的非实时任务,PMAC运动控制器作为下位机完成实时的控制任务。该系统应用于KDP晶体专用超精密机床加工铝试件,获得了Ra5·158nm的表面粗糙度,验证了该数控系统的实用性和可靠性。

【Abstract】 A double CPU open architecture special CNC system of ultra-precision machine tool for machining KDP crystal based on PMAC (Programmable Multi-Axis Controller) motion controller was proposed in this paper, in which the hardware and software designs and method of servo control were explained in detail. A PMAC motion-controlling processor was used as the subordinate computer to realize real-time control and industrial control computer was used as the principal computer to realize nonreal-time control in NC machining. According to the diamond cutting experiments of aluminum alloys, the surface roughness of KDP crystal machined on special ultra-precision machine tool with this system can be less than 516 nm. The practicality and reliability of CNC system were verified.
