等离子淬火提高汽缸套“等耐磨性”的研究
Study on Increasing the Uniform Wearability of Cylinder by Plasma Quenching
【摘要】 通过分析汽缸套的工作条件,结合等离子束汽缸套内壁淬火的工作原理,研制出一种提高汽缸套内孔面“等耐磨性”等离子淬火工艺。工业化应用结果表明:该工艺具有使汽缸套内壁磨损均匀化、提高发动机功率、降低发动机噪声等一系列优点。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the working condition of the plasma beam for quenching of inner-wall of cylinder and combined with the working principle of the cylinder, a plasma quenching technology for increasing the uniform wearability of the cylinder inner-wall is developed.The result of industrial application shows that the technology features uniform wearability, raising engine power as well as reducing the noise of the engine.
