汽车尾气转化器载体喷涂设备控制研究
Study on Control of Spray Equipment for Carrier of Motorcar Exhaust Converter
【摘要】 在蜂窝陶瓷载体上均匀地喷涂催化剂材料是汽车尾气转化器生产的关键工序。“PC+PLC”模式设计的集散控制系统适用于多台喷涂设备的控制。文章介绍了集散系统的特点,描述了基于PLC的喷涂设备控制系统的组成和功能。项目的研究,为汽车尾气净化器生产厂提供了一个高性能、低成本、全自动的解决方案。
【Abstract】 It is a key working procedure to spray catalyst symmetrically on alveolate ceramic carriers for producing motorcar exhaust converters. A control system based on "PC +PLC" is suitable for controlling a lot of spray equipments. The characters of this kind of control systemare introduced, and structure of the con- trol system based on PLC is described. The research will provide an automatic solution of high perform- ance and lowcost for factories of motorcar exhaust converters.
