基于PROFIBUS总线的机床数控系统接口设计研究
Research on the Interface of CNC System Based on PROFIBUS
【摘要】 提出了一种基于PROFIBUS总线的机床数控系统接口设计方法,解决了数控系统与伺服间指令信息误差对数控系统性能的影响。设计了数控系统与伺服间基于PROFIBUS总线的机床数控系统数据结构。设计的数控系统接口具有传输距离远、结构灵活、抗干扰能力强、可扩展性好、易于网络化等特点。
【Abstract】 One kind of design method for CNC interface based on PROFIBUS structure is discussed in this paper. The interface designed will improve the system performance which will be influenced by the analog command from the CNC to the servo system. The data construction based on the PROFIBUS for the CNC and the servo system is designed. The CNC interface given in this paper has many characteristics , such as far transfer distance, flexible structure ,high anti-jamming capability ,good extension ,easy being networked, and so on.
