基于本体驱动的产品创新方法研究与实现

【摘要】 针对断路器机构系统运行规律,提出基于知识驱动的产品自组织进化创新方法。分析支持产品创新开发的本体知识构成,阐述由产品基元进行自组织进化创新的原理。研究自组织进化创新的环境,实现创新设计对象在自组织进化机制的驱动下自动建立。研制基于基元自组织进化的产品创新设计系统,并通过断路器机构系统开发给予验证。应用结果表明,原型系统具有很高的实用价值,实现了知识驱动自动化。

【Abstract】 In view of running orderliness of circuit breaker mechanism, the method that knowledge driven product self-organized evolution innovation was proposed. On the basis of analyzing ontological knowledge system that supports product creative development, the creative principle was expounded, which the elements constitute product by self-organized evolution. In order to realize product innovation under driving by self-organized evolution mechanism, the implementation environment for self-organized evolution innovation was researched. The prototype system based on element self-organized evolution for product creative design was developed, and it was validated by the instance of circuit breaker’s mechanism development. The application shows that the prototype system has high practical value, and it realizes knowledge driven automation.
