【摘要】 文章在阐述了机床用导轨的安装以及滚动直线导轨副安装螺栓联接的强度计算过程的基础上,分析说明了导轨上安装联接螺栓疲劳强度设计,提出了提高滚动直线导轨副安装螺栓联接强度的措施,研究了机床用导轨的拼接,为滚动直线导轨副的制造及使用安装提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper illustrates the fixing techn ique of linear rolling guide used in machine tool, and intension calculation of fixed bolt of linear rolling guide. Furthermore, it describes the designing proc ess of fatigue intension of linked bolts. The measures are put forward to increa se linking intension of fixed bolt of linear rolling guide. Also, the paper make s research on jointing of the linear rolling guide used in machine tool.
