【摘要】 [目的]介绍椎板减压后钛网椎管成形,后路脊柱融合的方法和体会,评价其在椎板减压临床病例中的效果。[方法]26例需椎板减压患者在常规椎管减压解除神经根及硬膜囊压迫后,应用钛网行椎管成形,后路脊柱融合。分别于术后3、6、9、12个月、1.5 a进行X线片、CT、MR I检查1次。[结果]所有患者手术切口均一期愈合,术后3个月钛网被自体骨固定,位置良好,椎体稳定,硬膜外无明显瘢痕压迫。[结论]椎板减压后钛网椎管成形后路融合有利于维持手术效果,减少腰椎手术失败综合征的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To introduce the application of titanium rete and bone allograft after laminectomy,and evaluate its clinical effect.[Method]A total of 26 patients who need to be treated with laminectomy were performed with spinal canal decompression and vertebral canal reconstruction by using titanium rete.The clinical effect was observed through X-ray,CT,MRI postoperatively at 3,6,9,12,15 months.[Result]Operative incision healed in early stage.Three month after operation,the titanium rete was fixed by self-bone,the vertebral showed stable,and the cord showed no compression.[Conclusion]The technique of titanium rete vertebral reconstruction and bone allograft can restore the posterior construction,decrease surgical failure syndrome,and maintain the good effect after operation.更多还原
