【摘要】 目的:探讨成人峡部裂性腰椎滑脱进展的发生及其产生的原因。方法:随访42例峡部裂和峡部裂性腰椎滑脱患者,据Meyerding滑脱分级,峡部裂而无滑脱患者13例,Ⅰ度滑脱患者29例。全部患者采用非手术治疗或不干预措施。结果:随访2～7年,平均4.3年。依据Boxall滑脱进展指标,11例出现滑脱进展。滑脱节段椎间盘高度降低10%～90%(平均42%)。结论:峡部裂性腰椎滑脱在成人中也有一定病理进展,可能与椎间盘退变有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the development of isthmic spondylolisthesis in adults and search the cause.Method:Forty-two patients who had spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis were followed-up.There were 30 males and 12 females.All patients were taken radiographs for lumbar discomfort or low back pain.Spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis were discovered.According to Meyerding slip degree,13 cases were spondylolysis,29 cases were noninter-vention.Result:All the patients were followed-up for 2~7 years,with an average of 4.3 years.Lumbar vertebra slippage increased in 15 patients.The increasing slippage were 9%~30%(average 14.6%).According to Boxall definition of development of spondylolisthesis;11 cases were found the development of spondylolisthesis.The height of intervertebral disk decreased about 10%~90% (average 42%)in the level of spondylolysis.Conclusion:There is development of spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis in adults,that may be correlative to the disc degeneration.更多还原
