【摘要】 目的探讨青壮年股骨颈骨折采用空心钉内固定加股方肌肌骨瓣移植的疗效。方法采用Moore切口,股骨颈骨折行切开复位,空心加压螺纹钉内固定,股方肌肌骨瓣移植于股骨颈骨折处30例。结果随诊30例,时间3~5年,优良率96.6%,股骨颈骨折愈合率96.6%,股骨头缺血坏死率13.3%。结论空心钉内固定加股方肌肌骨瓣移植是治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的有效方法。骨折愈合率高,坏死率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the treatment effect of femoral neck fracture in young adults by cannulated screw fixation and quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone graft. Method:Thirty cases were treated by cannulated screw fixtion and quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone graft in the femoral neck fracture with Moore’s incision, open and reduction the fracture of femoral neck.Result:All of the cases were followed up for 3～5 years, the rate of excellent and good was 96.6 percent, the rate of avascular necrosis of femoral head was 13.3 percent.Conclusion:Cannulated screw fixation and quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone graft is a good method to treat neck fracture in young adults.It can improve the rate of fracture union and reduce the rate of avascular necrosis of femoral head.更多还原
