【摘要】 目的: 评价髂骨延长术在短肢矫正中的作用、适应证、并发症及安全性。方法:通过回顾性分析 80例髂骨延长术及结合文献复习。结果: 术后X线测量均有延长, 病人步态及自觉症状近期改善明显。垫高法测量肢体延长不明显。结论: 此术式对髋臼发育不良, 麻痹性髋关节半脱位, 髋关节不稳, 下肢短缩较少者效果较好。主要以肢体延长为目的时, 应选择其他手术方式。严格规范操作, 可避免严重并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the functions,indication,complication and safety of iliac bone’s prolonging operation in the case of nanomelia correction.Method:Reviewed and consolidated the finding’s of 80 cases history.Result:Actual prolongation were confirmed through X-ray measurement.Patient’s own walking pace and subjective symptom showed obvious improvement.Padding method in limb and trunks prolongation was not obvious.Conclusion:Iliac bone prolongation operative method is effective in cases of hip maldevelopment,paralytic semiluxation,hip bones,unsteadiness and lower limbs of not too short. For limbs and trunks prolongation other method should be considered.Complication can be avoided through strict procedure control and functions.更多还原
