【摘要】 根据少儿网球训练多阶段性的特点,采用系统优化的方法构建少儿网球训练的结构模式。认为少儿网球训练系统是受年龄、训练年限及运动水平逐渐提高而发生变化等多因素影响的动态系统。用系统理论指导少儿网球不同阶段的训练,能最大限度地减少训练中的盲目性,能在局部优化的基础上,最终获取训练过程的整体最优,以保证少儿网球训练各个阶段的质量并达到预定的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the characteristic of multi-staged children’s tennis training , the model of children’s tennis training structure is established on the optimization of systematic theory. Children’s tennis training system is a dynamic system that is effected by many factors, such as age, fixed number of training years, the improvement of physical level . To guide the children’s tennis training at different stages with the systematic theory , the blindness in the training can be reduced to the minimum. On the basis of partial optimization, the process of the best unitary optimization can be achieved.
