【摘要】 文章对外贸法修订案从经营者、经营权的取得方式、国营贸易、自动进出口许可、限制和禁止进出口、与外贸有关的知识产权保护、对外贸易调查和对外贸易救济、法律责任等方面进行了逐个介评。在此基础上,指出修订案存在着法律定位准确、原则性和操作性并存、个别法律制度缺失的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>The paper make a successive introduction and evaluation of the revised foreign trade law from the business manager, the acquisition of the managerial authority, state-run trade, automatic export/import permit, restriction and prohibition to the protection of intellectual property right concerning foreign trade, investigation and relief of foreign trade and legal liabilities.
