光电探测微信号放大器设计
Design of Amplifier Circuit of Photoelectric Detection for Weak Signal
【摘要】 针对光电检测中对微弱信号放大而带来的信噪比和稳定性问题,设计了一种低噪声光电信号放大电路,它具有电压、电流滤波和相位补偿功能。同时分析了电路的频率特性和噪声特性,给出了电路参数选择方法及电路稳定性检验办法。
【Abstract】 In view of the problem of signal-to-noise and stability of circuit of photoelectric detection for weak signal, a low-noise amplifier circuit of photoelectric detection is designed, with the functions of filter and phase compensation. The characteristics of frequency and noise are analyzed, and it is presented how the circuit parameters are selected and the stability is checked up.
