海藻液肥对黄瓜抗水分胁迫能力的影响

【摘要】 通过土培盆栽试验,研究了水分胁迫下海藻液肥对黄瓜植株生长的影响。结果表明:海藻液肥处理与对照比较,能促进黄瓜植株的生长,植株根体积,根系活力均有提高,减轻水分胁迫对叶片质膜的伤害;海藻液肥提高了黄瓜植株SOD、POD等酶的活性,提高脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白等渗透调节物质的含量,降低MDA含量的积累。当水分胁迫解除后,海藻液肥处理酶活力的下降幅度低于对照。海藻液肥对黄瓜植株可溶性糖含量的变化无明显影响。

【Abstract】 The effect of liquid seaweed extract(SE) on the growth of the cucumber under the conditions water stress was studied in pot culture.The result of the experiment showed that liquid seaweed extract promoted the growth of the cucumber and increased the root volume and root vigor compared with the treatment of CK.Liquid seaweed extract reduced the hurt of the stress to the membrane permeability induced by water stress.It enhanced the POD and SOD activities and decreased MDA contents.It increased the contents of proline and soluble protein.After the water stress was relieved,the decline range of enzyme vigor for the treatment of SE was lower than that for the one of the control.The effects of the liquid seaweed extract on the dry matter and soluble sugar contents were not significant.
