ELISA和GICA快速检测水产品中氯霉素残留的比较

【摘要】 比较了水产品中氯霉素残留的ELISA和GICA检测方法。经测定,GICA检测限为1.000μg/kg。GICA对ELISA的阴性符合率为94.7%,阳性符合率为92.3%,总符合率为92.5%。结果表明:GICA方法操作简单、快速、特异性强、重复性好,适合水产品中氯霉素残留的现场筛选。

【Abstract】 The results detection of chloramphenicol residues in aquatic products by using ELSIA and GICA methods showed that the detection limit of GICA was 1.000 μg/kg.The rate of negative consistent,positive consistent and total consistent of GICA to ELISA was 94.7%, 92.3%, 92.5%, respectively.The GICA method was simple,quick,sensitive,good repetition,and was suitable for on-site screening trace chloramphenicol in aquatic products.
