我国植物源农药的研究进展
Review on research and development of botanical pesticides in China
【摘要】 综述了我国化学农药存在的问题及其发展植物源农药的必要性和重要性,并提出了植物源农药的研究和开发模式。同时也阐明了生物技术在植物源农药研制中的应用,包括植物细胞培养、发状根培养、植物内生真菌培养技术等。
【Abstract】 This paper reviewed the situation of pesticide development in China, and the importance of botanical pesticide for the production of safe agricultural products. Meanwhile, the modes of developing and exploiting new botanical pesticides were discussed. The application of biotechnology in botanical pesticides were discussed, especially the tissue culture of plant cell, the genetic transformation of hairy root, and the culture of endophytic fungi in vitro etc.
