板栗林集约经营过程中土壤活性碳演变规律研究

【摘要】 为了解不同集约经营历史板栗林土壤活性有机碳的演变规律,在浙江省安吉县采集了集约经营历史分别为5、10和20a的板栗林土壤样品,并与灌木林进行比较。结果表明:集约经营5、10和20a的板栗林表层土壤微生物量碳平均含量分别下降了15.89%、49.16%和55.31%,并均具有显著差异。与灌木林相比,集约经营5、10和20a的板栗林表层土壤水溶性有机碳含量分别下降了14.79%、32.18%和49.31%。板栗林集约经营初期(5a),土壤微生物量碳占总有机碳比率与灌木林无显著差异,到集约经营10a后,比率显著下降。水溶性碳占总有机碳比率灌木林和集约经营板栗林间无显著差异,随着集约经营历史延长,比率也无明显变化。

【Abstract】 Soil samples of 5,10,20-year’s intensive cultured Chinese chestnut(Castanea mollissima) stand in Anji,Zhejiang province were collected to study active organic carbon variance.The result showed that microbial biomass carbon(MBC) content decreased 15.89%,49.16% and 55.31% in 5,10 and 20-year’s stand and had significant difference.Compared with that in shrub,water-soluble organic carbon(WSOC) content decreased 14.79%,32.18% and 49.31% in 5,10 and 20-year’s intensive cultured stands,and MBC/TOC(soil total organic carbon) had no significant difference during the first 5-year,however,it decreased obviously after 10-year’s intensive cultured.The period of intensive cultured practice had no significant effect on the ratio of WSOC/TOC.
