【摘要】 目的:在面瘫急性期采用针灸治疗和药物治疗对比,从而总结出在面瘫急性期针灸治疗影响因素和经验。方法:对30 9例面瘫急性期病人治疗,在第3、6、9、12、15天时进行结果观察,将病人分3组,1组为单纯的针灸治疗,1组为中药治疗,另1组为西药治疗,对比分析3组的疗效。结果:在治疗第3、6天时,针灸组与中药、西药组2组在治疗结果上比较无显著性意义(P >0 .0 5 ) ;在9、12、15天时,中药、西药组与针灸组在治疗结果上比较有显著性意义(P <0 .0 5或0 .0 1) ;但在整个治疗过程中,中药、西药组2组比较无显著性意义。结论:急性周围性面神经麻痹针灸治疗优于中西药治疗,只要掌握技巧,是一种有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Using acupuncture and drugging treatment completely,so lead to affined factors and expiries of acupuncture treatment during acute peripheral paralysis of the facial nerve.Methods:Observations of 309 cases after treatment 3d?6d?9d?12d?15d th,these patients divided them to three groups:first is acupuncture,second is Chinese herb,third is medicine.Results:As compared with second and third group,effect of acupunccture group is without statist cally significant( P >0.05) at 3d?6d th,effect of acupuncture group is statistically significant( P <0.05 or 0.01)at 9d?12d?15d th.conclusion:Acupuncture cases had excellent effect with compared to herb and medicine therapy,it must to show more precisely technology of acupuncture treatment.更多还原
