磷脂与维生素E间的相互作用
Study on Interaction between DMPC and α-Tocopherol
【摘要】 采用超额分子面积研究磷脂DMPC和维生素E之间的相互作用.研究表明,在一定表面压下,磷脂DMPC和维生素E混合后的超额分子面积均为负值,且随表面压的增加,超额分子面积的绝对值减小.这些说明了磷脂DMPC和维生素E之间存在着相互作用.
【Abstract】 The interaction between DMPC and α-tocopherol was studied in excess molecular area method.Under certain superficial pressure,excess molecular areas of the mixed DMPC and α-tocopherol are all negative and their absolute values decrease with increase of superficial pressure.These results show that there is interaction between DMPC and α-tocopherol.
