【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the polysactharide content in Schisandrachinensis Turcz.Methods: The polysaccharide content in Schisandrachinensis Turcz is determined by using the method of comparing colors.Results: The polysachardes content in north Wuweizi is 6.57%,the average recovery rate is 99.78%,and RSD is 1.54%.Conclusion: This method is simple.the result is stable and reproducible.So the result is satisfactory.更多还原
