【摘要】 目的:观察抗生育胶囊抗生育情况。方法:通过应用口服中草药节育胶囊对雄性育龄大鼠进行用药前后睾丸生殖上皮细胞形态变化和血清睾丸酮测定,观察药物抗生育情况。结果:挑选出用药前生育率达到100%的雌雄大鼠,观察用药后生育情况,结果生育率明显下降,只有12%。血清睾酮用药组较对照组明显下降(P<0·001)。结论:中草药抗生育胶囊生育调控作用确切,有进一步研究价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study procreation contro l effect of traditonal Chinese medicine birth-control capsule for rats. Methods:We recorded the male rats spermary procreating epithelium configuration diversification and blood serum spermary ketone before and after treated with Chinese traditional medicine birth control capsule.Res ults:Pick out the rats before treatment whose the procreate rate is 10 0%,We find that their proceating rate is 12% after treatment .And the blood se rum spermary ketone significant decrease compared with that of control group( P<0.001).Conclusion:Traditional chinese medici ne birth control capsule for rats procreate control effect was valued highly,It was worth of more research .更多还原
