尿微量蛋白联合尿酶诊断高血压病肾脏早期损伤

【摘要】 目的:探讨高血压病肾脏损伤的早期诊断方法。方法:采用免疫透射比浊法检测尿微量蛋白(mALB)和尿β2 -微球蛋白(β2 -MG) ,终点比色法测尿N -乙酰- β-D -氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG) ,Jaffe速率法测尿肌酐(CRE)。结果:高血压病患者尿mALB/CRE ,β2 -MG/CRE及NAG/CRE值较正常对照组增高(P <0 .0 1) ,三项指标联合检测在高血压病中阳性率可达4 6 .5 9% (41/ 88) ,而尿常规蛋白定性检测阳性率仅为4 .5 5 (4/ 88)。结论:联合检测尿mALB、β2 -MG及NAG是高血压病肾脏损伤早期诊断灵敏、可靠的实验室指标。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the diagnostic manner of early renal damage from hypertension. Methods: Urinary microalbumin and β2-microglobulin were determined with immunoturbibimetry, Urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(DAG) with endpoint colorimetric analysis, CRE with Jaff.Results: The levels of urinary microalbumin, β2-microglobulin and NAG in hypertension group were higher than those in control group(P<0.01). The positive rate of the three indices would go up to 46.59% in hypertension, but, the positive rate of routine albumin test was only 4.55%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive and reliable to determine urinary microalbumin β2-microglobulin and NAG together for diagnosing of early renal damage.
