慢性肾功能衰竭患者及健康人血浆脂蛋白(α)水平

【摘要】 目的:为了研究血浆脂蛋白(α) [Lp(α) ]水平与慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的关系,探讨Lp(α)在CRF(常)合并心脑血管疾病中的作用。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法测定了36例CRF与30名健康对照者的Lp(α)浓度,并同时测定了TG、TC、LDL -C和HDL -C的含量。结果:CRF患者Lp(α)、TC、LDL -C水平均明显高于正常对照组,而HDL -C显著低于对照组,血浆Lp(α)水平变化与LDL -C、HDL -C、TG、TC含量无明显相关性。结论:CRF患者体内存在着Lp(α)等脂代谢紊乱的情况,高血浆Lp(α)水平是CRF合并心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素之一。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relationship between plasmalipoprotein(α) levels and the diseases of chronic renal failure(CRF) and investigate the clinical role of lipoprotein(α) in cases with cardiocerebrovascular arte riosclerosis caused by chronic renal failure. Methods: Plasma concentrations of lipoprotein(α) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assayin 36 cases with chronic renal failure and 30 healthy objects. meanwhile the levels of TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C were measured with enzyme assay respectively. Results: The concentrations of Lp(α), TC and LDL-C in cases with chronic renal failure were significantly higher than those in healthycontrols, however the concentrations of HDL-C in cases with chronic renal failure was significantly lower. There was no correlation between LDL-C,HDL-C,TG, TCand Lp(α). Conclusion: There existed in CRF the disorder of lipid metabolism. The high level Lp(α) was a independent risk factor for cardiocerebrovascular arteriosclerosis caused by chronic renal failure.
