环境温度对毒死蜱引起大鼠低温的影响与尾部散热变化的关系

【摘要】 目的观察不同环境温度对有机磷杀虫剂毒死蜱(CHP)引起大鼠低温反应的影响与尾部皮肤散热变化的关系。方法用数字体温计测量大鼠的结肠温度和尾部皮肤温度,每次间隔60 min,观察中性(25℃)、冷(16℃)和热(32℃)环境温度中口饲CHP引起大鼠结肠温度和尾部皮肤温度的变化。结果在32℃环境中大鼠的基线体温和尾部皮肤温度高于25℃和16℃环境中的大鼠。分别给置于25℃和16℃环境中的大鼠口饲CHP(20 mg/kg)后,均可引起结肠温度快速降低,尾部皮肤温度明显升高;但CHP对置于32℃环境中大鼠却引起了明显的升温作用,而对尾部皮肤温度无明显影响。结论①CHP能引起中性环境和冷环境中的大鼠明显低温反应,而使热环境中的大鼠体温升高。②不同环境温度对CHP引起大鼠体温变化的影响与尾部散热变化有密切的关系。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of different ambient temperatures on the organophosphate pesticide chlorpyrifos-induced hypothermia in the rat and its relationship with change in the heat loss from the tail.Methods Colonic temperature and tail skin temperature were measured at intervals of 60 mins with digital thermometer.Oral chlorpyrifos-induced changes in colonic temperature and tail skin temperature were observed at cold(16℃),neutral(25℃) and warm(32℃) ambient temperature.Results At ambient temperature of 32℃,baseline body temperature and tail skin temperature were higher at 32℃ than at 16℃and 25℃.Oral chlorpyrifos(20 mg/kg) resulted in a rapid reduction in colonic temperature and a marked elevation in the heat loss from the tail at ambient temperatures of 25℃ and 16℃,respectively.At 32℃,chlorpyrifos caused a significant increase in colonic temperature,but didn’t affect heat loss from the tail.Conclusion ①Chlorpyrifos can caused a significant hypothermia in the rat at neutral and cold ambient temperature,whereas at warm ambient temperature this substances led to a marked hyperthermia.②The effects of different ambient temperatures on chlorpyrifos-induced hypothermia in the rat is closely related with change in the heat loss from the tail.
