【Abstract】 As an important regional economical phenomenon ,the industrial clusters have been paid more and more attention to. Studying the development rule of the industrial clusters and pointing out the correlative industrial policy suggestion is very necessary to promote the development of the industrial clusters in China. Especially in the time when the global economics have been mixed together more and more tightly, it has become extremely important to study the industrial clusters, strengthen the efficiency of regional economics and promote the competiveness of the nation. Based on the international developing state of industrial clusters, the paper analyses the internal motive mechanism of promoting the industrial clusters’ competiveness and points out the main development strategies for building the surroundings of the industrial clusters, perfecting the risk investment system and promoting the industrial cluster innovation.更多还原
