【Abstract】 A quantitative analytical method of 20% Tebufenozide SC by RP-HPLC was described,Using methanol:water:acetic acid=90:10:0.1(V/V) as mobile phase,using Kromasil C18 column at UV detector(240nm).The results showed that the standard deviation、the coefficient of variation、the average recovery and the liner correlation of method were 0.071、0.35%、99.56%and 0.9993 respectively.更多还原
