蜂窝钢梁的强度和刚度研究

【摘要】 用有限元法对蜂窝梁(用H型钢或普通热轧工字钢经切割再扩高焊接而成的空腹梁)建模分析,对不同荷载形式下的蜂窝式工字钢梁受力性能和应力分布特点进行了研究.考虑到蜂窝梁开孔数、孔口扩高比、高跨比等因素的影响,通过与相同截面尺寸的实腹工字钢梁以及扩高前的H型钢梁受力性能的对比,说明蜂窝梁在安全的前提下可以明显的减少钢材,并总结了在实际工程中设计蜂窝梁时应注意的事项和按空腹刚架法推导得到的简化计算式.

【Abstract】 The honeycombed girders(which is made of H profiled steel or I -shaped steel)were modeled and analyzed by using the finite element method. The effects of the types of loads on the mechanical behaviors of honeycombed girders was studied, and the characteristics of stresses distribution done too. Considering the effects of the number of holes, the height distensible times, and the ratio of height to span, it is indicated that the use of honeycombed girders is more economical and some things must be noticed in the honeycombed girders design in comparison with general steel girders. The concise formula is also settled.
