【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the integrate method of transurethral electrovaporization ablation of prostate(TUVP) and transuretheal resection of prostate(TURP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods 62 cases of BPH were treated with TUVP and TURP.Results Followed up for 6 months,the IPSS and the residual urine decreased,urine flow rate increased significantly after TUVP and TURP.There was no serious complication occurred.The general results were satisfactory.Conclusion TUVP and TURP is an effective and safe method to treat BPH.更多还原
