【摘要】 目的探讨超声心动图对川崎病冠状动脉改变的诊断价值。方法对30例川崎病超声心动图表现进行回顾性分析。结果川崎病的声像图特征为:(1)冠状动脉内径正常,血管壁回声增粗增强,内膜毛糙不平整;(2)冠状动脉管壁回声增厚增强,管壁变窄;(3)冠状动脉轻度扩张,管壁回声不均匀增粗增强;(4)冠状动脉明显扩张,冠状动脉瘤形成。结论超声心动图对川崎病的早期诊断,早期治疗有着非常重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis value of echocardiography on coronary artery changes of MCLS.Methods The echocardiography expressiones of 30 cases were analysed retrospectively.Results The characters of echocardiography in MCLS were:(1)The internal diameter of coronary artery was normal,the echo of the blood vessel wall increased thickly and strongly and the interior membrane was rough and smooth.(2)The echo of the blood vessel wall of coronary artery increased thickly and increased strongly and the blood vessel wall became narrow.(3)Coronary artery dilated slightly,the echo of the vessel wall increased thickly and increased strongly unevenly.(4)Coronary artery dilated obviously and aneurism came into being.Conclusion Echocardiography is very significant which is used as diagnosing early,treating early,lightening damage of coronary artery.更多还原
