【摘要】 目的探讨参麦注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将NYHA心功能分级Ⅱ~Ⅳ级的住院患者64例随机分为观察组和对照组各32例。在常规治疗的基础上,观察组用参麦注射液40 ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml中静滴,每天1次,疗程为2周;对照组用鲁南欣康10 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml中静滴,每天1次,疗程2周。结果观察组临床心功能改善显效率及总有效率分别为25.0%、84.4%,明显优于对照组(15.1%、56.2%,P均<0.05)。观察组治疗后的心率、心功能改善、UCG参数(LVEF、LVSD、LVDD、E/A)与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,应用参麦注射液可提高CHF疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shenmai injection on congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods 64 patients with Ⅱ～Ⅳ degree cardiac function were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.On the basis of the routine treatment,the treatment group was added with Shenmai injection 40ml and 5% GS 250ml VD.Per day,the control group was added isosorbide mononitrate injection 10mg and 5% GS 250ml VD.Per day.14 days was a therapeutic course for 2 groups.Results The effective rate and total effetive rate in treatment group were 25.0% and 84.4% which were 15.1% and 56.2% in control group respectively.There was a significant difference between two group(P<0.05).After treatment there were significant difference in heart rate,improvement of cardiac function and UCG parameters(LVEF,LVSD,LVDD,E/A) between two groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of the routine treatment,Shenmai injection can increase the therapeutic effect on CHF.更多还原
