【摘要】 目的探讨平阳霉素在鼻及鼻窦海绵状血管瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法分析2000～2003年收治的23例鼻及鼻窦海绵状血管瘤的治疗经验。23例应用平阳霉素局部注射治疗,剂量24～64mg,平均41.6mg。结果治愈16例,显效7例。观察2～5年无复发或加重。结论平阳霉素治疗鼻及鼻窦海绵状血管瘤有很好效果,但要防止剂量过大引起的并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of pingyangmycin in treating patients with cavenous angiomas in nasal cavity or nasal sinuses.Methods Pingyangmycin in treating 23 cases with cavenous angiomas in nasal cavity or nasal sinuses were anlyazed.Results Follow-up 2 years to 5 years,16 cases were cured,7 were improved,and no failed.Conclusion Pingyangmycin is certainly effective for the treatment of cavenous angiomas in nasal cavity or nasal sinuses.更多还原
