【摘要】 目的总结先天梅毒患儿在临床表现和血清、脑脊液梅毒抗体方面的特点。方法对40例先天梅毒患儿进行了临床特点和血清、脑脊液梅毒抗体的分析。结果40例先天梅毒患儿中出现皮疹的有14例(35%),有骨损害表现的6例(15%);由于母亲患梅毒而就诊的16例(40%),40例先天梅毒患儿中,快速血浆反应素试验(RPR)阳性33例(82.5%),阳性血清RPR滴度介于1∶1～1∶64之间,2例RPR异常增高,滴度为1∶128。患儿脑脊液常规检查显示,45%淋巴细胞增高,50%蛋白增多,22.5%的患儿脑脊液存在梅毒抗体。性病研究实验室试验(VDRL)和梅系螺旋体被动颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)相比,检出率差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论必须重视先天梅毒患儿神经梅毒的发生,脑脊液梅毒抗体检测对正确评价病情和指导治疗有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to make out the clinical and treponemal antibody differences in serologic and cerebrospinal fluid of the congenital syphilis.Methods 40 infants with congenital syphilis were analyzed in clinical features and and treponemal antibody differences in serologic and cerebrospinal fluid.Results 14(35%) infants occurred rashes,6(15%) cases occurred bone damage;16(40%) infants were discovered syphilis follow up their mother’s confirmed detection.In infants,33 cases were positive RPR,the titres of RPR were between 1∶1 to 1∶64,two infants’ titre was raised up abnormal,the titres of RPR were 1∶128.The cerebrospinal fluid routine examination of infants demonstrated 18(45%) had elevated lymphocyte,20(50%) had elevated protein concentration,9(22.5%) had the treponemal antibody in CSF.Compare with the VDRL and TPPA,there was significant difference in detection rate(P<0.05).Conclusion We must pay attention to the occurence of neurosyphilis in infants with congenital syphilis,we should detect the treponemal antibody in CSF of infants with congenital syphilis,which are helpful to evaluate the pathogenetic condition and treatment correctly.更多还原
