【摘要】 目的探讨大剂量激素联合血滤治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法将38例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为常规综合治疗组和大剂量激素联合血滤组,对其治疗效果及血浆炎症因子水平进行对比分析。结果治疗组腹痛缓解、血淀粉酶恢复正常、临床治愈时间以及并发MODS率、死亡率,治疗10d后血浆TNFα及IL-1的下降水平均显著优于对照组。结论重症急性胰腺炎患者应用大剂量激素联合早期血液滤过能有效缓解临床症状,改善重症急性胰腺炎的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore curative e ffect of big dosage cortical sugar hormone combining with blood purification in the treatment of sever acute pancreatitis.Methods We randomly d isparted 38 cases of sever acute pancreatitis into regular group and test group. Analyzed the clinic effect and plasm factor between the two groups.Resul ts After 10 days treatment,many indexes in the test group such as ellya che alleviation,blood amylase comeback normal,the day cure time,MODS occurrence rate and death rate,TNFα and IL-1 in plasm were evidently preceded to the regu lar group.Conclusion In the treatment of Sever acute pancreatit is,it can effectively alleviate clinic symptom and improve the prognosis by appl ication of blood purification combining cortical sugar hormone.更多还原
