【摘要】 目的观察高压氧对糖尿病足(DF)的治疗作用。方法选择DF患者66例,随机分为高压氧治疗组和对照组,均以饮食控制及应用胰岛素控制血糖。治疗组加高压氧治疗,10d为1个疗程,共3个疗程,每个疗程间隔2~3d。结果治疗组总有效率84·8%,对照组63·6%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0·01)。结论高压氧可有效改善DF患者的供氧和营养代谢,促进皮肤修复和生长,加速溃疡愈合。更多还原
