【摘要】 目的比较经腹改良筋膜内、筋膜外全子宫切除术两种术式的临床效果。方法对有全子宫切除手术指征的125例患者分为改良筋膜内全子宫切除组(n=61)、筋膜外全子宫切除术组(n=64),就两种术式的手术时间、出血量、手术并发症、术后并发症进行对比分析。结果改良筋膜内全子宫切除术手术时间短于筋膜外全子宫切除术,两种术式的差异有显著意义,手术并发症和术后并发症有明显差异。结论改良筋膜内全子宫切除术是目前较好的经腹全子宫切除术式,缩短了手术时间,减少了手术及术后的并发症,提高了患者术后的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clin ic performances of two kinds of the abdominal uterus total excision:the improved i nner tendon uterus total excision and outer tendon uterus total excision. Methods 125 patients who had the indication of uterus total excision had been operated on by the two methods:the improved inner tendon uterus total e xcision(n=61) and the outer tendon total excision(n =64).The time of operation,amount of bleeding,complications of operation an d complications after the operation had been compared and analyzed.Resul ts The operation time by the improved inner tendon uterus total excisio n was shorter than that by the outer tendon uterus total excision.The difference between the two methods was significant.The complications of operation and comp lications after were obviously different.Conclusion The improve d inner tendon uterus total excision is better at present.It shortens the time o f operation,reduces the complications after operation and improves the patients’ life.更多还原
