【摘要】 目的对男性脂肪肝的相关因素进行分析,为脂肪肝的预防提供依据。方法对健康体检者进行常规体格检查和血糖、血脂等的测定,并用B超进行脂肪肝的诊断。结果1762名男性健康体检者脂肪肝患病率为12·5%,患病年龄最小21岁,最大76岁;在30~39岁和40~49岁两个年龄段脂肪肝发生率较高;肥胖和超重者中,脂肪肝的发生率为81·2%和27·8%,显著高于正常体重者(P<0·01);有高脂血症的体检者的患病率最高,达33·1%;而有高血压病、糖尿病的体检者的患病率分别为24·3%和13·7%。结论男性脂肪肝的发生与年龄、体重、血压、血糖及血脂等均有显著的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysize the co rr elation of the interrelated factors of fatty liver in male and provide the evide nces for the prevention of fatty liver.Methods The physical exa mination was collected from the normal subjects and the blood glucose and blood lipids were measured,meanwhile the diagnosis of fatty liver was provided by the ultrasound examination.Results Fatty liver was diagnosed in 12. 5% of 1762 normal subjects in male,in which the youngest was 21 years old and th e oldest was 76 years old.The onset rate of fatty liver was comparatively high i n the two different age groups from 30 to 39 years old and from 40 to 49 years o ld.In the obese and over weight subjects,the onsets of fatty liver are 81.2% and 27.4% respectively,which were significantly higher than those in normal weight subjects(P<0.01).The onset of rate in subjects who had hyperlip emia comes to 33.1%,and compared to the above two groups.It was the highest and that in subjects who had hypertension or diabetes mellitus were 24.3% and 13.7% repsectively.Conclusion Correlative analysis of the incidence o f fatty liver in male and age,weight,pressure,the blood glucose and blood lipids found obvious correlation.更多还原
