【摘要】 目的观察乳癌改良根治术后两种负压引流的效果。方法乳癌改良根治术后单管负压引流组与双管负压引流组对比。结果两组术后平均引流量与皮下积液例数经χ2检验,差异无显著意义(P>0·05)。结论乳癌改良根治术后两种负压引流的效果相同,单管负压引流适用于手术刀游离,双管负压引流适用于高频电刀游离。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effe ct of two mode negative pressure drainage after amend radical operation of mastoca rcinoma.Methods The group of single tract drainage was compared with the group of twin tract drainage after amend radical operation of mastocar cinoma.Results The mean drainage amount and the cases of hypode rmic hydrops had no difference(P>0.05) by χ2 check up. Conclusion The effect was same in two mode drainage after amend radic al operation of mastocarcinoma.The single tract hold true bistoury dissociation and the twin tract hold true radio knife.更多还原
