【摘要】 目的探讨子宫内膜异位症术后复发再手术的可行性,再手术治疗的适应证和减少术后复发提高受孕方法,并分析手术难点。方法收集分析12例子宫内膜异位症术后复发再手术病例及术后随访生育情况。结果二次手术均应用腹腔镜手术,无中转开腹。复发再手术的难度大,出血量多。未生育8例中2例行根治性手术;随访2年,3例足月分娩。结论对自觉症状较重、要求生育的,再手术仍是一种积极的治疗方法。腹腔镜手术可提高术后怀孕数。术中手术困难时不强求彻底,尽量避免损伤周围脏器。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the fe asibility of reoperation postoperative recurrence of endometriosis,and the indic ations for reoperation.The modality of reducing postoperative recurrence and rai sing pregnant.Analyse difficult point of reoperation.Methods Da ta of 12 reoperative cases with postoperative cecurrence of endometriosis were a nalyzed retrospectively.While correspondenced with patients’ bearing.Res ults The reoperations were extremely difficult and more bleeding.2 in 8 patients who didn’t bear had done redical operation.Three of them beared childr en after the normal period and both twice operations were used peritoneoscope. Conclusion Postoperative cecurrence is related to ovarian hormone .To patients whose subjective symptoms is serious and who want to bear children, reoperation is the positive method yet.Peritoneoscope operation can raise the wo man’s number in pregnant.Don’t operate through reluctantly and should avoid inju ring neighbouring organ.更多还原
