重症急性胰腺炎大鼠脑损伤的实验研究

【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α),白介素6(IL-6)对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠脑损伤的作用。方法以5%牛磺胆酸钠胰胆管注射(1ml/kg)制成大鼠急性胰腺炎模型,分析大鼠脑脊液内TNF-α和IL-6含量、脑组织含水量、脑电图及脑组织病理改变。结果SAP大鼠脑脊液内TNF-α、IL-6显著升高,脑组织含水量显著升高(P<0·05),脑电图呈尖慢波和三相波改变,神经细胞出现水肿和核固缩。结论TNF-α、IL-6参与了SAP大鼠脑损伤的病理过程。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the role of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and interleukin 6(IL-6) on rats’ brain with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).MethodsSAP was induced in rats with retrograde infusion of 5% sodium taurocholate into the pancteatobiliary duct(1ml/kg).TNF-α and IL-6 in cerebrospinal fluid,ratio of dry-wet of brain were detected respectively.Electroencephalogram of rates with SAP was also determined.ResultsTNF-α and IL-6 in rat cerebrospinal fluid with SAP increased(P<0.05),and ratio of dry-wet of brain was also increased(P<0.05).There were significantly difference between normal rats and rats with SAP.On the other hand,in SAP rat,brain spike and ware wave and triphasic wave were found by electroencephalogram;neurocell edema and nucleus were found by pathology.ConclusionTNF-α and IL-6 play an important role in rat brain injury with SAP.
