【摘要】 目的总结开放性血气胸临床治疗经验。方法开放性血气胸并发其他损伤60例分别采用清创、胸壁扩创、闭式引流,剖胸探查止血、肺修补、心包引流等术式。结果本组60例患者成功救治57例,死亡3例,成功率95%。结论早期积极有效处理,可提高开放性血气胸救治率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To sum up clinical experience of open hemothorax.Methods Various curing ways can be used for patients with different condition,such as clean the wound,enlarge the wound of thoracic wall,close drainage,lay open the chest for check-up,stop bleeding,lung-repair and pericarditis drainage.Results In sixty patients of open hemothorax fifty-seven were saved and only three died.The success rate is ninty-five percent.Conclusion The curing and saving rate can be improved greatly if we take active measures at the early time.更多还原
